2010 Format & Rules

ROPING FORMAT

R2R Events are open to ALL team ropers at every level.
TRIAD Format
USTRC, ACTRA, WSTR, or WTRC cards are accepted.
No Membership Required.
80% PAYBACK in #13, #12, & #10 Handicap CASH Roping.
70% PAYBACK in cash & prizes for # 9 Handicap & # 8 Handicap.
Cash Payouts are based on the number of teams attending. The more teams, the bigger the payout...
Each roping is based on the USTRC Triad Classification System.
To comply with the USTRC Triad Classification System, ACTRA & WTRC members will have 2 numbers added to their classification number. Example: If you are an ACTRA / WTRC # 3, you will rope as a #5 USTRC.
If you have more than one card, the highest number equivalent will be used.
USTRC Elite #'s, as well as WTRC Plus System will be implemented.
If you do not have a #, we will be happy to assign you one.
Draw-pot Option is available for every roping, except for #10 CASH Roping.
The #10 'SHOWCASE' Roping is for former or competing roughstock contestants at the college or professional level (NIRA/PRCA/NSPRA/PBR/CBR/INFR)
You DO NOT have to have ridden roughstock to enter any of the other ropings.
All ropings are on-site entry.
ALL advertised Prizes and Cash are guaranteed.
Fast Times (5% of roper's pot) paid in all ropings except #13, #12, & #10 Ropings
Rotations will be used after 150 teams.
Flagging will be on the face.
Entries for first roping of the day open at 8a.m. / close at 9:45a.m. Roping starts 10 a.m. unless otherwise noted on specific event flyer.
Partner Finder available on-site at each roping.
Books for the next roping will close at the second round of roping prior.
Cash, VISA, MC Only (3% CC Charge). No Checks.
Dress Code Required - Cowboy Attire: Collared button down shirt, boots, jeans. NO baseball caps / tennis shoes.
Cattle at 2010 Events will be provided by Greg Kesler / Double Dollar Livestock- unless noted otherwise on specific event flyer.

R2R Events reserves the right to adjust any number.

RULES

USTRC Roping Rules will be used at all R2R Events, with the exception of the crossfire rule - Crossfire is not permitted. Steer must be in tow.
Reruns will be awarded when the steer does not allow the roper the opportunity to compete. Reruns will be at the discretion of the flagger.
R2R Events reserves the right to adjust any classification number that would jeopardize the integrity of the event.

R2R Events reserve the right to DRAW OUT / REFUSE SERVICE to any competitor who displays unsportsmanlike or inappropriate conduct in regard to conflicts with venue management, event staff, classification dispute, or flagger. Inhumane treatment of any livestock will not be tolerated - horses or cattle.
